					<description>Alisa - that is an interesting question.  In fact, the whole expectations aspect of this is something that should probably be addressed.  Placebo effect and psychological expectations are a huge factor in sexual response and that needs to be taken into account.</description>

(I.e. are wealthy women in china exposed to more western culture which pushes them to think female orgasm is desirable and so they report higher frequency of orgasm than women whose primary socialization around sexuality comes from Chinese culture?)</description>
